Don't Sample Bass... EXTRACT It

Описание: Sampling bass doesn't cut - looping a small zone sounds "fluttery" and lower notes get completely lost. Let's look at how to use a combination of classic sampling and wavetable synthesis for a much better way to use or recreate bass sounds!

In this video we'll cover why standard sampling fails, using SPAN to analyze the "DNA" of our bass, isolating and exctracting harmonics with wavetable synthesis, why wavetables DON'T work on their own and a bit about how to do all of this in Serum (or Vital if you don't have it)!
