I am 48 years old and this is how I spent 17 minutes and 38 seconds of my life on February 8th 2012. If you get the chance...do it! I finished 28th for age group (40-49), 140th for my gender and 158th overall. The air is very dry in the stairs and all you here is heavy breathing and climbing feet. The next day (at least) your throat is a little soar. I can't wait til next year. Sit back and relax, your job is much easier than mine.
