INGREDIENTS:
▢ 5 oz dried Taiwanese wide wheat noodles
Garlic Chili Oil
▢ 3 tablespoons neutral oil
▢ 3 large cloves garlic minced
▢ 1 tablespoon Sichuan chili flakes
▢ 2 stalks green onion chopped white and green divided
▢ 1 tablespoon light soy sauce
▢ 2 teaspoon dark soy sauce
▢ 1 teaspoon Chinese black vinegar
▢ ½ teaspoon Chicken bouillon powder
▢ ½ tablespoon granulated sugar
Garnish
▢ Green onion green parts
▢ Cilantro chopped
▢ Toasted sesame seeds garnish
