My name is Rane Fisher and I am a graphic designer who bought a Bambu Labs X1C 3D printer back in February of this year, 2025. Over the coarse of several months, I have been teaching myself how to use it. I have printed many things for practical use such as Grippy Carbon Fiber Guitar Picks, and a variety of Eurorack Cases.
These new designs bring 1U modules to my standard 3U cases. There are designs for both the x1 1U addition, as well as the x2 1U additional rails molded into the case. Both of these cases are shown in this video.
The final market cost is still being thought on, but it will be cheaper for the customer than other manufactured cases on the market that allow for 1U. I have only found my designs in the x2 1U addition to a 3U case on the market.
