When Indra became pregnant, what should have been a joyful time quickly turned into a medical crisis. She was diagnosed with hyperemesis gravidarum, a severe condition that causes relentless nausea, vomiting, and extreme physical depletion during pregnancy. Day after day, her body struggled just to function.

Searching for a way to cope, Indra turned to Dr Joe Dispenza’s work and began practicing the meditations regularly. Instead of focusing on the symptoms and fear surrounding her condition, she started focusing on changing her internal state and connecting to a new possibility for her body and her future.

Over time, something began to shift. Indra says the work helped her reconnect with her body, regulate her nervous system, and move through one of the most difficult periods of her life with a completely different mindset.

Today, Indra continues the practice grounded in gratitude for the experience that transformed how she sees herself, her body, and what may be possible.
