The wind was blowing but it wasn't making it's way down to the Event Site, so Vetea and I packed our stuff and went to the Hatchery! This is normally a launch site for Wingers and Downwind Foilers but we made do with what we had.
The direction was slightly off this day and the wind was strong, but crazy gusty. I realised once I was out that this was going to be a big challenge! I started with low expectations and had a pretty good time! Lots of beatings also using the 8m Nitro for the first time, but overall such a great time in this beautiful spot!
The wind was GNARLY! You had to be there...
