For March’s lesson: We take a look at the First Amendment and zero in on freedom of speech. We’ll cover the text of the First Amendment in the U.S. Constitution, why the framers chose to protect speech, free speech doctrine, and contemporary issues facing free speech.
This session features Richard Levy, J.B. Smith Distinguished Professor of Constructional Law.
