The topic of this week is sleep; how to get a good sleep, why is sleep important, can I learn some tips to get a good night sleep. The first step into sleeping better is to be active in the morning. So this week we start the day with an active morning class. Start with Class 1. The same teacher will lead you to a second and third class for the first week. Repeat the same class for 2 days, or more if necessary, then start Class 2. And see how energizing in the morning affects your nights.
Ankur is educated as an engineer from Bits Pilani and after working for some time, he decided to review his career choice. He joined the fellowship in Ashoka University where he started Heartfulness Meditation. He then joined Heartfulness as a Fellow, got certified as a yoga teacher (RYT500), PG Diploma in Yoga, pursuing MSc in Yoga. He has become a Heartfulness meditation trainer and is currently working as a professional Yoga Teacher and project manager with the Heartfulness Yoga Academy at Kanha Shanti Vanam, Hyderabad.
