Due to heavy rainfall and strong winds sweeping across Dhanbad, severe disruptions have been reported, particularly in and around the Police Line Road area.
Several trees have been uprooted, blocking major routes and bringing traffic to a complete standstill. Commuters are stranded, and vehicles remain stuck for extended periods as emergency services work to clear the debris the residents of dhanbad are requested to avoid travelling in Police Line Road and nearby areas until the situation improves. Alternate routes should be taken wherever possible to ensure safety and reduce congestion.
The Dhanbad Municipal Corporation and disaster response teams are actively working to restore normalcy. However, with continuous rainfall forecasted, conditions may remain challenging for the next several hours.
