Hi Guys my name is Alex Wilkie..Born and bred in Glasgow..I've worked in a few Chinese takeaways as a delivery driver for the past few years or so..Most of what i've learnt is just by watching the chefs..Sometimes being a driver has it's advantages..I've had no previous experience prior to this..Thanks for watching..
Salt and pepper mix..All measures are level
6 and a half tablespoons of salt
6 and a half tablespoons of MSG
3 teaspoons of five spice
2 and 1/4 teaspoons of white pepper
1 and a 1/4 level teaspoons of cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon of red chilli powder
Add all the ingredients to a salt and pepper shaker
