Starfleet Academy premiered terribly with its first two episodes. Star Trek fans hated it but at the same time they're trying the tactics calling the Rotten Tomatoes score "review bombing" and pointing to the critics saying obviously the show is good. It's cynical and Alex Kurtzman and company are using TrekMovie and the like to try to paint the fans as bad instead of admitting they made a bad show.
