This Shadow Lady Chun-Li appears in an Extra Battle mission called "Pursue the Mysterious Mech!" Beating her earns you a title which says, "Product of Shadaloo". Beating her again will earn you 100 EXP. Each attempt to fight her costs 1000 FM. I personally tried at least 30 times until I finally got this video. The first twenty times however, it was with Alex. You'll definitely have an easier time with Rashid if you spam his Heavy Eagle Spike.
Difficulty: Extremely Hard (as stated in the game objective's description)
