We had to see what a loft style conversion in the Downtown Omaha area was like - what was the history of the building? What was the price point? Could we see ourselves there?

Originally built in 1924, the building has a unique history, having once been a large-scale laundry facility and later a manufacturing site for Eskimo Pies before being converted into residential lofts in 2007.
