The seller ensures that the goods (in packaging suitable for export) are ready for dispatch, and therefore bears no risk. The buyer obliged to load the goods and bears all the costs and risks.
The seller does not treat the buyer as royalty; this term places the maximum obligation on the buyer and minimum obligations on the seller.
