Imagine channeling all your negative emotions into writing poetry or starting a new book? You can just about do anything with a negative emotions only if you can channel it property, so that it can work for you instead of against you.

You can write a love song, create a new painting like Picasso. Have you ever been disappointed or depressed because you lost your job?
