The office of Dr. Beth Kailes is located across the street from Fleming Island High School, convenient for families living in Fleming Island, Orange Park, Green Cove Springs, Middleburg and the surrounding areas. We are open Monday through Fridays with evening appointments available on select days. I'm Dr. Beth Kailes. Welcome to our office! Let me show you what you and your child can expect on your first visit!

This is the dentist's office. The first thing you do is tell the receptionist that you are here.

There are lots of fun things to do while you wait for your turn to see the dentist. We have toys, video games and movies!

Your dental assistant will call your name and take you to your own special room.

This is the chair you will sit in. It moves up and down. You wear a special napkin to keep your shirt clean and glasses to keep light out of your eyes.

The assistant and dentist wear a coat, mask, safety glasses & soft gloves to keep you safe.

The assistant may take special pictures of your teeth called x-rays. You wear a special blanket while the tooth camera takes your pictures. Hold Still.

The chair leans back so you can watch TV. We have lots of movies to choose from or you can bring your favorite one from home!

This is the light we use to look at your teeth.

Now it's time to clean your teeth. You get to choose which flavor toothpaste you want from our menu.

This is our special toothbrush that spins to make your teeth shiny & clean. (Sound of toothbrush spinning) This feels tickly on your teeth.

This is Mr. Thirsty. He takes away any extra water and toothpaste. (Sound of suction of water)

This is the water squirter that we can use to wash your teeth and dry them, too.

Now it's time to floss. Floss is a special string that cleans in between your teeth where your toothbrush can't reach.

The dentist will come count your teeth with this tooth counter and make sure you don't have any cavities. She uses this tiny mirror to look at your teeth, too.

When you have no cavities, you will be in our No Cavity Club!

The assistant will paint special tooth vitamins on your teeth called fluoride. Fluoride will help make your teeth stronger and help prevent cavities.

If you have a cavity, the dentist will fix it using a special toothbrush that whistles, sprays water and feels bumpy. You might use nitrous oxide, happy air that you breathe through your nose.

When you are done, you will get a goody bag and a token to use in the treasure tower to get a prize.
