Evening Skincare Routine | Sensitive + Acne-Prone Skin, Double Cleanse & Treatment

Описание: In today’s video, I’m winding down the day by taking off my makeup and going through my full nighttime skincare routine. This is my relaxing, no-rush reset where I focus on cleansing, hydration, and barrier care from face to body. If you love calming skincare, soft textures, and intentional self-care moments, this routine is for you.

I start with the SEPHORA COLLECTION Melting Cleansing Balm (Cleanse + Balance) to gently melt away makeup, SPF, and the day without stripping my skin. I follow with the Tower 28 SOS Gel Cleanser for a second cleanse to leave my skin feeling clean, calm, and refreshed. To keep things extra hygienic and gentle, I use ultra-soft disposable face towels instead of traditional washcloths.

Once my skin is clean, I go in with the Laneige Cream Skin Toner to deeply hydrate and prep my skin. I then apply Aklief as my treatment step (used as directed), followed by Clinique All About Eyes Eye Cream to hydrate and smooth the under-eye area. To seal everything in, I finish my face with Clinique Moisture Surge 100H, which gives long-lasting hydration and a healthy glow.

This routine doesn’t stop at skincare — I also show my nightly hand and body care. For my hands, I apply cuticle oil to nourish my nails and keep them healthy. For my body, I use homemade castor oil by Sheila Orsi for deep moisture, followed by Eucerin Eczema Relief Cream to soothe and protect dry, sensitive skin.

As an extra step, I finish with La Roche-Posay Cicaplast Baume B5 on areas that need extra barrier support and repair. This routine is all about gentle products, hydration, and consistency.
