This is an athlete based interview series, disguised as a cooking show! We bring celebrity athletes with a passion for cooking into our show kitchen to teach us how to prepare a meal they love to make. Whether it’s a training-oriented dish or something they simply enjoy cooking and eating, we’ll also spend the time we have with the athlete to catch up on what they have going on in their world.
Our host, Lottie Bildirici, is an experienced chef and will help breakdown the recipe the athlete has provided, as well as guide a conversational style interview during the cooking process. Runners, cyclists, triathletes…even mountaineers have a close knit relationship with food and often, a hidden passion for cooking. We’ll uncover that passion and more in the web-based series, The Active Kitchen.
This pilot is a single episode example of the series we’re planning to produce. We’re looking for great partners, interested in being involved in either the full 8 episode series or individual episodes. You can reach me at [email protected] for more information!
