A very economical recipe for homemade diet cookies.
How to make soft diet cookies at home:
Ingredients:
Curd - 200 g
Butter - 50 g
Sugar - 50 g
Vanilla sugar - 15 g
Flour - 130 g
Salt - 1 pinch(s)
Baking powder - 0.5 tsp
Step - 1
Put cottage cheese in a large toe, add softened butter, sugar, vanilla sugar and a pinch of salt.
Step - 2
Mix everything well and blend with a blender until smooth.
Step - 3
Sift the flour together with the baking powder into a separate bowl and add to the curd mass in parts.

Knead the dough

The dough should be soft and tender. Wrap the dough in cling film and refrigerate for half an hour to stabilize.

Take the dough out of the refrigerator and roll it out into a 3-5 mm thick layer. Using cookie cutters or any glass, cut out cookie blanks.

Put the cookies on a baking sheet covered with parchment and bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 20 minutes until light golden.

Take the cheesecake out of the oven and cool.
