With his desi knowledge intact, the chef began by teaching Bill how to make roti dough. Eitan poured wheat flour, salt, and water into a mixing bowl, which Bill then kneaded with a spatula. The duo went in to roll out the rotis after finishing the preparations. While neither was perfect, Eitan's batch fared better than Bill's, who couldn't even draw a circle. The rotis were then cooked on a tava and slathered in ghee.
