Описание: Students from all over the world are choosing Jimmy Slyde Institute to get their tap dance training in the most authentic way: in a Hoofer´s House. Based in central Barcelona, JSI was founded and is directed by international tap dance master Roxane Butterfly. Each student benefits from the expertise of a leading artist with thirty years of experience in the field worldwide. A meeting platform for Europe´s contemporary creative tap minds, JSI hosts artists in residence, world-class guest teachers and performers while offering fusion tap-jams, screenings of rare tap dance films and access to a vast library of historical informations and tap dance archives. JSI offers 4 international tap dance intensives per year which have attracted some of the best tap dancers from all over the planet. The teaching is geared towards small groups of hoofers to remain faithful to the work ethic of Roxane´s mentors (´´not the quantity but the quality´´) .
