Описание: Hello everyone! Welcome to the Seminole Towne Center Mall in Sanford Florida, just outside of Orlando. Opening it's doors in 1995, Seminole Towne Center would seek great success in the beginning for the Sanford community and Seminole County. The mall would do fantastic in the 2000s, however it would start struggling in the 2010s, as anchors would change hands, Seminole Towne Center would start seeing vacancies through it's halls, and as anchors like Sears and Macy's would leave, Seminole Towne Center would struggle poorly through the pandemic. With Kohan at ownership, let's see what the 90's Neon Paradise holds in store for us!
