🧂 Ingredients:
500g Mutton Kaleji (Liver)
2 Onions (finely chopped)
2 Tomatoes (pureed)
1 tbsp Ginger-Garlic paste
1 tbsp Red Chili Powder
1 tbsp Coriander Powder
½ tbsp Turmeric
Salt as needed
Oil as required
Fresh coriander for garnish 🌿
👩🍳 Cooking Steps:
1️⃣ Heat oil and fry onions until golden brown.
2️⃣ Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté until aromatic.
3️⃣ Add tomato puree and spices; cook until the oil separates.
4️⃣ Add mutton kaleji and cook for 10–12 minutes until soft.
5️⃣ Garnish with coriander and serve hot with naan or rice!
