Roll Cage Build Update!** 🛠️ The interior section of the custom roll cage for the Jeep is starting to take shape, but we ran into some classic fabrication challenges!
In this update, I show you how I'm adding crucial *triangulation* to the main structure with new tubing, including the cross-bracing that will form an 'X' to strengthen the whole structure.
*In this video, we cover:*
*Burning in* the main tubes and planning the remaining joints.
The importance of *triangulation* in a strong roll cage design.
Challenges with *welding access* in tight spots (especially near the ceiling/window) and what I could have done differently.
Why this portion of the cage *cannot be easily removed* without cutting.
Planning for the final steps, including *painting the interior tubes* (brush-on paint might be necessary!) and adding *safety foam* padding.
