Birding with MRN - Gartered Trogon

Описание: The gartered trogon is one of the ten trogon species found in Costa Rica. These are widely found birds, being present throughout most of the country.

In Today’s episode of Birding with MRN, Brittany, our Programs Manager, takes us out birding near the Punta Islita site, where she spots a gartered trogon or trogon caligatus. You can tell this one is a male because of the yellow eyerings; females have white eyerings!
