🏨We were booked in this hotel for our 2 night stay in Helsinki before we flew to Ivalo. The hotel is located in the city centre that makes it easier to go around for a meal or a shop.
We arrived here on the 23rd of December (nighttime). It was quiet and most people were preparing for Christmas.
The hotel is small but looks elegant and classy.
👉What we love about this hotel:
1. Prime Location
2. Elegant interior
3. 🍳Breakfast is nice (although very limited selection) - we love the Finnish Christmas porridge 💙
4. Friendly staff
👉Drawbacks:
1. Customer service needs improvement
2. Some room fixtures are outdated
3. Cleanliness needs improvement
4. You need to go out (across) to have breakfast
