Im trying something new with my ground cherries, I read they make great jam so I figured let's try three different flavors in this video. One is basic with 3 cups of the cherries, 2T lemon juice and 3/4c brown sugar, the second is the basic plus vanilla extract, the third is the basic with strawberries, pineapple, more sugar, and pectin. I think our family decided we like the plain the best, it had a sweet and tart kick to it. I think I want to try this again and add fall spices like clove or cinnamon, I think they would give it a warm fall taste! I Highly recommend trying ground cherry jam! It is a flavor like I have never tasted!
