Some simple drills for training to use power against someone punching at you.
As your skill increases you increase the speed until you can work properly in freestyle push hands or sparring.
As you increase the speed, the puncher must be careful to protect their wrist, elbow and shoulder. If their alignment is poor it is easy to injure these areas.
