Prusa MK4S → CoreOne conversion kit: Sestavení Core XY části | Díl 4/7

Описание: Pokračujeme v přestavbě tiskárny Prusa MK4S na CoreXY verzi Prusa CoreOne s oficiálním Conversion Kitem. Ve čtvrtém dílu série se zaměříme na sestavení Core XY části tiskárny. Ukážeme si, jak správně namontovat železné držáky, řemenice, lineární vedení a motory os X a Y. Dále se věnujeme zapojení kabeláže, včetně ventilátorů, termistoru, LED pásku a senzorů, a ukážeme, jak vše precizně upevnit a protáhnout kabely pro další kroky sestavy.

We continue the conversion of the Prusa MK4S printer to the CoreXY version, Prusa CoreOne, using the official Conversion Kit. In the fourth episode of the series, we focus on assembling the Core XY section of the printer. We’ll demonstrate how to properly mount the metal brackets, pulleys, linear guides, and X and Y axis motors. Additionally, we cover the wiring process, including the fans, thermistor, LED strip, and sensors, and show how to precisely secure and route the cables for the next steps of the assembly.
