Examination of the ignition plate assembly and basic functions of the 9.9 and 15 hp Evinrude motors. This is a 1984 model my son dragged home for me to fix. It needed alot of attention and the videos I watched all pretty much sucked at explaining things so I thought I would take a hack at it. Hopefully it will save somebody a bunch of money and/or time.
