Paraiso, written by Philippine National Artist for Music Ryan Cayabyab, speaks of Paradise, but that which is in contradiction with our more common notion that it is filled with riches and plenty. A piece that has become a classic as it is indeed beautiful, it makes us come face to face with the poignance, the irony of living in poverty, embracing or being content with whatever little one has.

Philippine Madrigal Singers (or "Madz") is one of the most renowned and award-winning choral groups in the Philippines. Founded in 1963 by Professor Andrea Veneracion, the choir is known for its exceptional vocal technique, diverse repertoire, and outstanding performances. It has gained international recognition, winning prestigious awards in global choral competitions. The group specializes in a wide range of musical styles, from classical to contemporary, and has a unique performance style where the singers are often arranged in a semicircle, allowing for a more intimate and dynamic sound.
