In this episode, you will learn how to use “has,” “have,” and “had” correctly in English.
1️⃣ HAS and HAVE (Present Tense)
We use “has” and “have” to talk about something in the present.
✅ Use HAS with:
He
She
It
Singular nouns
Example:
She has a book.
John has a car.
✅ Use HAVE with:
I
You
We
They
Plural nouns
Example:
I have a pen.
They have two dogs.
2️⃣ HAD (Past Tense)
We use “had” for the past with all subjects.
Example:
I had a bike.
She had a meeting yesterday.
They had lunch at 1 PM.
3️⃣ HAS / HAVE / HAD + Past Participle (Perfect Tenses)
🔹 Has / Have + past participle = Present Perfect
She has finished her homework.
They have gone home.
🔹 Had + past participle = Past Perfect
She had finished before I arrived.
We had eaten before the movie started.
