Let’s make “Healthy Carrot Halwa with Jaggery”✨
No sugar, full desi taste 🤤
🛒 Ingredients:
• 2 cups grated carrot 🥕
• 1 cup milk 🥛
• ½–¾ cup grated jaggery (adjust to taste) 🍯
• 8–10 badam (almonds)
• 8–10 cashews
• 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
• 1 tbsp sunflower seeds
• 2–3 tbsp desi ghee

👩🍳 Method:
1️⃣ Heat ghee in a pan and roast badam & cashews. Keep aside.
2️⃣ In the same pan, add grated carrots and sauté till soft.
3️⃣ Add milk and cook until it reduces and carrots are well cooked.
4️⃣ Add jaggery and mix till the halwa thickens.
5️⃣ Add roasted nuts, pumpkin seeds & sunflower seeds.
6️⃣ Cook 2 more minutes and switch off.
