In todays video I’m sharing a day in my life with Gestational diabetes! Sharing how I manage it, what I eat in a day, and how I check my levels. Also sharing some of my favorite snacks and tips I have learned along the way. It’s been a journey for sure but I have really found my Rhythm with it. I wanted to share this in case any mom out there feels alone going through this journey. Pregnancy is very isolating and when I found out I had GD I felt even more alone. I didn’t know who to reach out too and looked online to hopefully find a video like this to see someone maybe like me dealing with this too and found nothing. I hope this video can AT LEAST make you feel less alone if you’re going through something similar in your pregnancy.
