O gauge Trains in the Czech Republic

On the last weekend of September 2017, we were invited to Prague to visit ETS trains. The visit was organised by Zuzana Tomčová from ETS, and we really had a great time! Among other things Zuzana organised for us, we had quite a variey of trains running on the layout in the ETS factory, we visited the O gauge club in Prague - they have a nice fine scale layout, a coarse scale layout with tubular track and a Bassett-Lowke collection absolutely worth seeing!
A very special "Thank you" goes to Zuzana and her team from ETS - for me, this event was an absolute highlight among the different events I visit with my o gauge trains.
On the journey back home we had the chance to visit the museum in Waldstein Castle in the town of Litvínov where they had an exhibition of Heller und Schiller o gauge trains. Heller und Schiller was a Czechoslovakian producer of tinplate toys and toy trains in the 1920s and 1930s. Their brand name was "Husch".
