Prolactin Hormone क्या होता है ?
ब्रेन में एक भाग रहता है जिसे हम Pitutary gland रहता है जिसमे यह हॉर्मोन secret होता है। इस हॉर्मोन का महत्व पुरुषोंमें और महिलाओ दोनों में होता है।
Prolactin यह एक ऐसा हॉर्मोन है जो महिलाओ के शरीर के क्रियाओ और हॉर्मोन पे निर्भर सभी चीज़ो को नियंत्रित करते है। Prolactin शरीर केलिए stress हॉर्मोन भी माना जाता है। स्ट्रेस बढ़ने पर यह हॉर्मोन भी बढ़ता है, जब आपका स्ट्रेस कम रहता है तब Prolactin balanced रहता है।

High prolactin symptoms
अगर शरीर में Prolactin की मात्रा बढ़ गई तो इससे महिलाओ में
Infertility और Irregular periods हो सकते है।
जब कभी भी महिलाओ में Prolactin ज्यादा रहता है तब उन्हें TSH का testing करना चाहिए। जब कही भी थाइरोइड कम हो जाता है तब Prolactin बढ़ जाता है।

Prolactin बढ़ने के लक्षण
Irregular Periods

Prolactin की जांच कैसे करे ? (prolactin level kitna hona chahiye)
जब भी Prolactin बढ़ने के लक्षणों के साथ आप डॉक्टर के पास जाते है तो डॉक्टर Serum Prolactin करने की सलाह देते है। यह टेस्ट सुबह खाली पेट ८ बजे करनी चाहिए।
अगर value 35 or less than 35 से निचे है तो उसे normal Prolactin कहा जाता है।
अगर value more than 50 से ऊपर है तो prolactin पे ध्यान देना चाहिए।
-अगर value more than 150 से ज्यादा है तो ऐसे ब्रेन MRI करने की सलाह दी जाती है।

High prolactin treatment
ऐसे में अगर थाइरोइड बड़ा हुआ है तो thyroid supplementation दिए जाते है जिसे Prolactin कम हो जाता है।
Cabergoline जिसे हफ्ते में एक बार या दो बार डॉक्टर आपको लेने की सलाह देंगे जिससे irregular period और fertility में फायदा होगा।
