From Blood Alley to Hoover Park Family in the West Adams area (pt.1)

Описание: LOS ANGELES - London "Zel" Carter was a Blood Alley member in 1968 when he was a student at Foshe Junior High School during the last stages of the gang's identity, but as soon as that gang faded from the scene, a new gang replaced it, Hoover Park Family. By High School at Manuel Arts, they were hanging out at the Park, learning karate and hanging out in the West Adams area.
