Welcome to grounded, a series of workouts that are more casual and unique to you, I am simply your guide.
Grounded workouts provide a range of low and high impact movement in ways that feel right to you while connecting with the vibe of our earth.
This series is a combination of Yoga, Pilates, HIIT, Plyometrics, and just embracing movement unique to you.
Grounded is intended for outdoor practice to connect with nature, the earths vibration, & your breath. It can still be practiced indoors yet I recommend to get outside as often as you can. Because let's face it, it just makes us feel good!
I love leading and being led by fitness instructors, yet I have build grounded to be a casual space to connect with your body mind and spirit in ways that feel unique to you.
To those who are just dipping your toe in to the fitness scene, to those with chronic mental & physical pain or struggle, to those who are in recovery of injury, to those whom are looking to get outside and embrace your authentic self for all the world to see.
Growing out of fibromyalgia, post viral syndrome, and countless mental diagnose over the decades I understand how fitness can feel in different stages in our lives.
By facing my truth, shedding whom I was conditioned to be, and making choices to follow paths into the unknown simply because it felt uniquely right to me. My life's journey has led to me learning how to raise vibration, elevate your consciousness, and leave the pain and struggle we feel is overwhelming at different stages in our life. And that's my wish for you!
I understand how it feels when you're trying to do what others say is best but it's not working for you. You're unique for a reason, we are all faced with different challenges and mental and physical obstacles and yes we should follow fitness routines but sometimes you just need to move in ways that your unique body and mind feel like they need to.
To release stagnant energy and to wiggle out your aches and pain that are unique to you in this moment. To align your chakras and elevate vibration.
It's great to follow a fitness instructor and I love to lead but with "Grounded" I wish to act simply as your guide. So get out in nature, dance around, stretch it out, and shine as your authentic self while connecting your mind, body, soul, and earth.
Give yourself permission to let that authentic you out to play!
This workout is a lovely start or break to your day for an overall body workout with focus on the glutes hehe.
This is a free weight workout but if you have weighted straps or light dumbells under 5lbs than bring them along for this experience
