Jerry Saltz is a Columnist and Senior Art Critic for New York magazine; Judge on Bravo's hit reality TV show, "Work of Art: The Next Great Artist," and thrice-nominated for the Pulitzer Prize for Criticism. As an energetic and persuasive voice in the art world for over two decades he is widely considered to be one of America's premier art critics.
The Susan Sherman Annual Distinguished Speaker Series is designed to bring scholarship and art commentary of the highest caliber to St. Louis. Past speakers have included Glenn Lowry, Michael Kimmelman, Jeff Rosenheim, and Maya Lin.
