**Boruto: Two Blue Vortex Chapter 29 quietly introduced one of the most unsettling changes in the entire series, and it has nothing to do with a new jutsu or power scaling. For the first time since Karma was introduced, Boruto activates Momoshiki’s full power — including the Byakugan — and Kawaki’s Karma does not respond.
