The Rajasthan unit of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on Friday reacted to the rape case of a Dalit woman in the Pachpadra police station area of the state’s Barmer.
The 44-year-old woman was raped and set afire on Thursday. She suffered around 50 per cent burn injuries due to a highly inflammatory chemical that was thrown at her and is currently undergoing treatment in Jodhpur.
