In this Series: Multiple-day Wild Camping Adventure, tracking through one of the last Wild areas in Europe! On this spontaneous camping trip, I took the train from the Netherlands to travel to Eastern Europe. For years already I have been intrigued to explore the rare wild areas in Europe. Stories about lush, still untouched forests. Are they really that wild? Stories about illegal logging and murdering of forest rangers. Stories about bears taking over towns.. …have brought me to Romania. Here I hope to get an idea of the dynamics between humans and nature in these vast landscapes, where we can still find some of the wild origins, of what the temperate zone would have looked like. Something that is not existent anymore in my home country. Let me share this camping trip with you guys! Enjoy!
