Gap Sauce, initially an inside joke among mountain bike riders, became a battle cry to push themselves harder. Inspired by car drag racing, it symbolized the desire to dig deep and leave it all on the course.Gap Sauce rides were open to anyone who wanted to show effort, regardless of skill level. It fostered a community of like-minded riders who embraced the ethos of never stopping, never giving up, and always trying.
