Описание: Subcytotoxic reactive oxygen species levels in cells relate to adverse effects without showing immediate cell degeneration. A sensitive and reproducible fluorescence-lifetime-based imaging assay allows investigation of low cellular stress levels produced by nanoparticles. The method is applicable for single-cell analysis, batch evaluation, and whole-tissue experiments.
