Old soviet vise. Rough cast iron that has seen a lot of use. Rust removal and linseed oil finishing. I used basic tools that people usually have. Nothing fancy just making stuff usable again.
There is not much information about soviet vices like that. looks like really early ussr factory product. No usual gost or other markings. Stamped MVD (or MVP?) could stand for ministry of internal affairs.
For acid bath I used ~90 grams of cooking citric acid.
