How to cut a guard rail post in place.
Ooops.
Grabbed the wrong side of the 4-by from the miter saw stand and installed it.
Here’s how to fix this mistake:
I cut it in place by making one, careful square cut. (Make sure the saw is a 0-bevel before you do this.)
Then follow the kerf around. You still have to be careful, but the blade plate bearing on the post end is a nice-ish guide.
