To supply raw water to the 9 million metric tonnes per annum capacity greenfield Barmer Refinery in Rajasthan, a 52-inch-diameter carbon steel pipeline was laid. Known for their robustness, efficiency, and durability, carbon steel pipelines are ideal for transporting fluids over long distances.

Spanning 210 kilometres, the pipeline runs from Nachna in the Jaisalmer district to Bagundi in the Barmer district to support the refinery’s water needs. MEIL Group executed this pipeline, and the raw water will be used for multiple essential functions, including cooling systems, chemical processing, and other critical industrial operations.
