Marsha Neal Studio Wire Wrapped Sari Ribbon Ceramic Disc Earrings

Описание: Learn how to make these sari silk wire and seed bead wrapped ceramic disc earrings.

Materials:
(1) Pair of Marsha Neal Studio Textured Disc Beads.
(2) 10-12” lengths of 20ga dead soft round wire.
(2) Ear wires and rubber ear nuts.
(2) 6-7” pieces of recycled Sari Silk (about 1/4” wide).
(30-40) size 8 round Miyuki seed beads.

Tools:
Chain nose pliers (no teeth).
Wire cutters (flush cutters).
Triple-step, concave jaw pliers (or round-nose pliers can work).
Sharp, pointed tip fabric scissors.

Brief overview of directions:
1. Cut (2) 10” pieces of 20ga wire.
2. At 3” mark, make a loop (repeat for both wires).
3. Put a disc bead on long end of wire, and leaving a 1” neck. Wire wrap in place (repeat for both).
4. Wrap Sari around neck of wire & use short wire to wrap and hold it in place (repeat for both).
5. Place 15 size 8 seed beads on long wire and wrap up the sari neck, depositing beads along the way. Wrap remainder of wire back down and tuck in the end (repeat for both).
6. Add ear wires & ear nuts to both. Ready to go!
