Valheim - Snapshot - Sneaking Failure - Near Death to Two-Star Fuling - Staff of Embers Saves Me

Описание: The continuing adventures in the Valheim world we've have been running since Hearth and Home was released. All vanilla, no mods, survivor mode.

This is an attempted sneaking video with a bit of running away and then some fire balls.

I'm over at the Rocktop portal to get some barley and some cloudberries. When I arrived, it took a moment for the crops to load that they were ready to harvest, and it is always fun seeing all of the plants change over at once.

I heard a cackle from behind me though that made me check for fulings, and I found a two-star one waiting in the distance with it's back to me.

A perfect chance for sneaking!... or so I thought...

I didn't notice how low my health was and, even though I had a shield equipped, I did nothing to stop the fuling attack after I made my first two swings. I hardly made a dent in the fuliing's health, and with one whack they took out 75.5 HP...

So, I ran! I used bonemass and ate a hasty sausage which gave me just enough stamina to make it up onto my Rocktop.

I picked this rock because it cannot be run up from below, so the fulings can't just march up the side... at least I think so.

Anyway, I didn't wait to make sure as I just blasted the baddie with my staff of embers. It didn't take much, but damn, that was too close to a needless death for me.

It was back to berries before going onto the barley. I get assaulted by lox while harvesting, but that'll be in the full video session.

This clip is from morning of day 1884 and will be included in an upcoming video.
