Jeff Lynne is an English musician, singer-songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, and record producer who co-founded the rock band Electric Light Orchestra (ELO). Jeff also co-founded the supergroup Traveling Wilburys with George Harrison, Bob Dylan, Roy Orbison, and Tom Petty
